Sandavore bothy
We have just had a lovely break in November on the Isle of Eigg, staying in Sandavore Bothy. Not our first visit to this lovely Island and Bothy we enjoy so much. Sandavore has had a few small things done that have improved it yet retained the character. Neil and Sue help you to feel very much at home there with a fire lit for us on our arrival. So cosy with everything you need and a great base for exploring Eigg as well as being great value. Thank you again, we will be back.

Sandavore Bothy
30 years ago, my wife and I spent our honeymoon on Eigg, and loved it. Coming to Sandavore Bothy was like coming home, not least because we wanted for nothing. The place is quite superbly equipped, and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved it, and it was wonderful to be able to re-live the magic that Eigg offered us in 1981.

Bothy
Had a great wee stay folks, thanks, just long enough to know I want to come back. Very comfy in the Bothy, and Eigg is a perfect small island. On the way back on the boat, three young musicians played their fiddles in the sun all the way to Mallaig. A great farewell.

What a lovely place
My friend and I had such a lovely time at your bothy. We experienced the full range of weather the Isle had to offer and enjoyed all of it. We were always snug and warm every night with the wood stove cheerily crackling away. The caves were exciting, the views stunning, the climbs vigorous, and the beaches pristine. Our last evening there we were treated to a double rainbow.

What an isle! Would heartily recommend it to anyone I know who really likes to get away form it all.

Thanks again, Wade

Stay in Sandavore Bothy
Just to say what a wonderful find Sanadavore Shepards Bothy on the Isle of Eigg has been for us. We enjoyed stays in April, October and December last year falling in love with the Bothy on our first visit. The Bothy is well equipped with anything you might need and the wood burning stove was lovely for relaxing and cosy evenings. Such peace and tranquility with a view that is second to none. A brilliant base to explore Eigg from. It's a very special place to us. We won't be able to stay away.
